Experimental study on waterflooding development of low-amplitude reservoir with big bottom water

Abstract For offshore reservoirs with a big bottom water range, the cut rises quickly and soon enters ultra-high stage. After entering stage, due to influence of production facilities, there are few potential tapping measures, so it is urgent explore feasibility study artificial injection development. The quasi-three-dimensional two-dimensional displacement experiments designed using experimental similarity criteria according actual reservoir parameters. Several schemes designed, fluid physical properties, interlayer distribution, development mode properties. Through visualization equipment, visually stimulated. sweep law natural drive in or without an interlayer, different viscosity, well spacing analyzed. following conclusions obtained: (1) viscosity 150 cp. recovery factor after slightly higher than before injection. However, lower that production. reason increment conversion limited reduce one conversion. (2) 30 39.8%, which 38.9% (3) In case interlayer. 30.7%, significantly 24.8% (4) low-viscosity reduced, reaches 46.1%, non-infill scheme. infill transferred injection, 45.6%, has little change compared non-injection, most cumulative water. effect flooding strong demonstrated. This provides basis for proposal adjustment parameters highest stage reservoir.
